General foot health and well being
Don't ignore foot pain. It's not normal. Inspect your feet regularly. Pay attention to changes in colour and temperature. Look for thick or discoloured nails, and check for cracks or cuts in the skin, peeling or scaling on the soles of feet. Any growth on the foot is not considered normal.
Diabetes check-ups / health assessments
Diabetics are more prone to various foot problems than those without diabetes due to the development of painful nerve damage called peripheral neuropathy. If you are among one of the millions of people in Australia with diabetes, it is important to visit your podiatrist for regular foot examinations in order to maintain healthy feet and a strong body.
Gait analysis and functional custom orthotics
Tamworth Podiatry Centre offers comprehensive biomechanical exams, so you can expect your orthotics to help with your condition. We use in-house casting to perfectly design your orthotics. Casting takes about 10 minutes, but it provides the most accurate results. The team sends your foot molds off to the lab where your custom orthotics are made.
Paediatrics
Children’s bodies change at a rate of knots! What IS and ISN’T normal can be really hard to determine. Our role at Tamworth Podiatry Centre is to ensure your children develop into strong, healthy humans. Children of all ages with foot problems, from infants to teenagers, benefit from seeing a podiatrist.

Ingrown nails can occur to anyone. We provide regular treatment for ongoing relief; or a simple surgical procedure under local anaesthetic performed in the podiatry chair.

DVA, NDIS, Home Visits, Nursing Homes, Care Packages
